He stated that Cheney is eager to work with a leader who can work together with people of differing political opinions and who share the same goals. When Richard Bruce Cheney turned 13 the family of Richard Bruce Cheney relocated from Lincoln Nebraska to Casper Wyoming in the state where his father was the head of his position as the head of U.S. Department of Agriculture's regional conservation districts.
