Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen is my name and I'm a Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My amazing fiance JP as well as my happiest Dad Henry are also part of our family. Most people know me through my Instagram account @annephung, where I write about my experiences- my highs, lows and everything in between. When I was in 1990, I moved to America together with my parents and brother as I reached the age of one-and-half. If it wasn't for my parents' passion for dedication and hard work, I probably wouldn't even be with you sharing my journey. My parents inspired me and helped me become prosperous. In my mind, I could see the path I wanted to take to live my life. You go to college and then graduate. Wed. Get a home. Create children. My life that I imagined for myself was not what it turned into. Money and the prestige of my position did not make me happy. I felt as if I was wasting my life to earn a paycheck. My love of fitness and my love of socializing with people helped me find my new calling as a personal trainer. It was in 2014 that I established my company and it will be my 7th year anniversary by 2021. There are a few Asian women in the industry. To lead in my field and provide quality coaching to help others live better health and happiness by creating a healthy lifestyle to their specific needs and help them achieve their targets. Additionally, I want to encourage individuals to follow their goals and achieve all they wish to achieve in their lives. When my business was taking the air, I lost my mother. It was the hardest of all. To be in Heaven she now rests after an 8-year battle against Scleroderma. Yet, I keep her with me and think of her daily. The lessons we learn from life often go unnoticed, but they can be highly useful. The abrupt death that altered my life for the better. And I really believe that it provided me with a chance to live my the next stage of my life. She passed away at the age of 87 on Tet/Lunar New Year Day. This was her moment to begin her new life. I was given a second chance to live the life of a fulfilled and happy. My 30's are the first that I truly feel like I am alive. As I share the story of my journey, it's to ensure that other people can relate to my thoughts and feelings. In order to feel that they are not alone. And that there is genuine love. Additionally, therapy is necessary and not unusual. In the end, your health is your biggest wealth. Only one life is yours. I want you to live it to the fullest.
